Ministries School for the Arts
School For The Arts is a ministry of the Creative Arts team at Community
Christian Church. Our desire is to reproduce and develop leaders in all
areas of the arts. We offer classes in visual art, vocal & instrumental
music, rock band, video production, theater, dance and more! We hire professional
artists to develop curriculum and teach in our varied offerings of classes.
We also offer private lessons in acting, brass, percussion, piano, strings, voice and woodwinds. All of our classes are available to the community, beginning with infants in our Kindermusik classes through adult classes like our couples dance. Our goal as a school is to build up existing artists into leaders, train Community attenders who have a passion for the arts and want to contribute, and to be a bridge to our surrounding community through arts education.

The First Action Heroes Musical

2009 School For the Arts Summer Musical will be held July 13-16 and July 20-23.
This year's musical is titled, The First Action Heroes. Children will be introduced to the very first action hero– Jesus, who aids, guides and comforts them as they encounter the “Goliaths” in their lives. Kids and adults will love jumping into the action of the comic book themed musical with upbeat rockin’ songs and Bible-based script! Children from ages 4 Years old to 10 years old (5th grade) will be needed to take part in this musical. Check back for more details to come!
