Ministering God’s love, hope and provisions through challenging times. Caring Hearts & Hands is a COMMUNITY ministry that reflects the heart of Jesus, His mercy and love, to individuals experiencing challenging times, and provides practical help and resources that empower them to move forward.  

We serve individuals dealing with any situation that presents a challenge to them, short or long-term, such as, divorce, aging, loneliness, grief, single parenting, chronic physical/mental illness, recovering from surgery and more.

Our services include:

• Telephone and Email Support - We make calls or emails of support and encouragement during which we listen empathically, help with problem solving, provide social interaction and prayer.  We make referrals to community resources, such as, financial assistance, housing, and others.
• Hospital and Home Visitation - We visit people in hospitals and at their home, providing spiritual and emotional comfort to the patient and family.
• Hands-On Help - We assist people who are physically limited or recovering from surgery, by doing hands-on tasks, such as, running errands, rides, household chores, and home improvements/repairs.
• Meals - We provide home-cooked meals to people who are going through the loss of a loved one, a health challenge or recovering from surgery or childbirth.
• Intercessory Prayer We diligently lift up the needs of those we serve.
• Prayer Blankets/Shawls - Prayer blankets/shawls enfold the receiver in our Heavenly Father's loving embrace, providing comfort and peace.
