4. Read Luke 1:39-56. In what ways do Mary and Elizabeth stir one another?
5. Mary would have traveled around 90 miles to see Elizabeth (probably in a caravan for safety). Why do you think it was so important to Mary to visit Elizabeth and tell her this news?
6. The famous song of Mary, “The Magnificat”, isn’t sung after she meets with the Angel, but after Elizabeth speaks over her with a Word from the Spirit. What does this tell us about the role of others in the big moments of our lives?
