Leadership Community

Leadership Community is a high energy, fast paced leadership event focused on developing, equipping and mobilizing leaders to accomplish the Jesus mission through Community Christian Church. 

The event is held monthly on the first Saturday at both the Yellow Box and the Romeoville Children and Arts Center. The morning’s schedule includes both a large group leadership gathering with Dave Ferguson for big picture Vision as well as individual Campus Breakout sessions for decentralized ministry strategy, leadership equipping and huddles.  The event runs from 9:00 – 11:30am. Worship, new leader celebration, refreshments, coffee and child care are all a part of the morning experience.  Monthly attendance at Leadership Community is a high value for all staff, coaches, leaders and apprentices and a cornerstone of Community’s leadership culture.
