Kids’ City in the Pilsen neighborhood meets in a Chicago Public School, where the rules are strict but reasonable and very well-enforced. Tony is a Chicago Public School police officer and he is on site every Sunday to make sure we have everything we need, from unlocked classrooms to tables and chairs to a safe environment. He gently reminds us where we can have food and where we cannot. Tony brings his grandson Tori, who is 5 years old, every week to keep him company. Tori loves Kids’ City and is a regular in JumpStreet! Tony and Tori have been part of our Pilsen family for many months now. We do not know Tori’s entire family story yet, but isn’t it cool that God figured out how to get Tori connected to Kids’ City because his Grandpa is assigned to work at the school where Pilsen Kids' City celebrates?!

Great story! You are one of the most creative and personable "marketers" I've ever encountered! It's a privilege to watch you work! |
