Celebrating Baptisms at Plainfield

Our mission at COMMUNITY is "helping people find their way back to God." That's why I love the third Sunday of every month! It's our chance to celebrate the baptisms of people who have committed their lives to Christ. And just in case you missed our October baptism celebration, here is Madison Wagner's testimony!
Junior High Student Generosity

I loved seeing JH students from our Plainfield campus setting an incredible example of generosity this past Halloween. On Monday, October 27th these students went to 100 homes and dropped off grocery bags with a note saying that they would be back on halloween to collect canned goods. They collected almost 30 bags filled with non-perishable items that will be donated to the Plainfield Food Pantry.
One of our biggest initiatives this year in Plainfield is to make an impact in the community through our generosity. It's great that our students are leading the way! Great job JH students from Community Christian Church Plainfield!!
Small Group Service Project

One of our initiatives this year in Plainfield is to make an impact on the community through our generosity. As a part of that we are choosing 1 small group each month and giving them $500. The ask is for that small group to use the money to bless an individual or family living in Plainfield.
