Israel Ruiz comes from the town of Holland, Michigan. In this small town in West Michigan Israel began his walk with Christ. Israel is a man after God's heart. Israel loves all types of music and sports. You can find Israel watching films and movies as he continues his dream of being a film maker.
I accepted God's Way 10/01/2004. I have commited myself to serving Him in whatever way He sees fit. I know He has plans for me and my job is to execute them. At this time, I serve as the Kids' City Director for the East Aurora campus. I am married to Obe Arellano and have a son DeVonn DeLeon who is now 17. I enjoy music, art, serving, bike riding and discovering Aurora my new home town.
Obe came to Community as a Leadership Resident a year ago. He is currently leading the East Aurora Launch team to start a bilingual campus in East Aurora. Obe and his wife Jacqueline enjoy bike riding on the Fox River Trail.
