I am originally from WI, but moved here in 2007 to pursue a career. It wasn’t long, however, before I found the Lord directing me down a path into ministry. I am excited to be the small groups director for Aurora North and looking forward to the ways God will lead!

Erin is married to Eric Metcalf and they have 3 children, Joey, Lydia and Max. Erin got her Bachelor degree in Music Ministry – emphasis in voice from Lincoln Christian College and is excited to finally using her degree for her job! She is passionate about worship and leading others into the presence of God through music and other forms of art.

I have an incredible wife, Margaret, and two wonderful daughters, Katheryne and Tegan. After 20+ years in Sales, Marketing Research, Project Management and coming off of the lead in the Amelia Earhart story, I am thrilled to be changing career paths to be part of the Aurora North Launch Team.
